Terms of Service

General Rules
  1. Do not use my art for AI or NFTs.
  2. Please credit me for the art, where possible.

Artwork Contents
  1.  I can draw: Group art, BL/GL, fanart, OCs, SFW content.
  2. I cannot draw: manga pages, fetishes, NSFW/R18 content, live2D models.

Ordering
  1. Please be sure to send completed references. The larger and clearer the image, the better.
  2. If you have a scene and/or pose in mind, please let me know in the "details" section of the form.
  3. I will send the invoice once I'm sure I'll able to get started within 1 week.

Payment & Turnaround
  1. Orders over $300 USD can be paid in 2 parts. 65% upfront and 35% when the artwork is completed.
  2. All art will be completed around 1~8 weeks after the order is finalized (Discussed + Paid), unless otherwise stated.
  3. Full payment is required within 5 days after the invoice is sent (for orders under $300 USD.)
  4. You may cancel the order before you pay the invoice. But please let me know ASAP, thank you.
  5. There will be no refunds unless I inform you that I'm unable to complete the art.

The Drawing Process & What to Expect
  1. I will send wips around once a week (1~4+ times depending on the type of commission) for you to confirm and to decide if there's changes needed.
  2. I can offer up to 4 revisions per commission, and up to 8 revisions per design-related commissions. Any additional changes will be $5 USD per part revised (ex. hair edit = $5, hand pose edit = $5).
  3. Once the artwork is lined, changes are no longer accepted unless I've made a mistake or it's a color adjustment.
  4. I will take 1~2 days of break each week as part of my schedule (usually on the weekends). I won't be working on these days, but I will still be able to reply to dms!
  5. Regarding PSDs with cut layers: After the final file is delivered, if there are any problems with the cutting or layers in general, please let me know and I'll make corrections as soon as I'm able to.

Rights & Usage
Personal Commissions:
  • You are purchasing a digital artwork (png) for personal use, such as for your avatar, wallpaper or private collection.
  • The artwork (s) cannot be used for commercial products or advertisement purposes.
  • I retain the right to post the artwork online. I can withhold posting until a later date if needed (such as for birthdays).

Commercial Commissions: for Stream/Thumbnail/Content use
  • You are purchasing a digital artwork (png) for commercial use.
  • You may use the artwork (s) for decorating your channels, livestreams, video thumbnails, and as a part of promotional posts on social media.
  • You cannot use the art or design to generate profit directly.
  • I retain the right to post the artwork online. I can withhold posting until a later date if needed (such as for birthdays or debuts).

Commercial Commissions: for Vtuber Design/Merch/Game Assets/Ads/Monetized Videos.
  • You are purchasing a digital artwork (png) for commercial use.
  • You may use the artwork (s) for your brand, games, merchandise, ads, as content within monetized videos, and anything else covered in Commercial Commissions (I).
  • You can use the art or design to generate profit directly.
  • I retain the right to post the artwork online. I can withhold posting until a later date if needed (such as for birthdays or debuts).

By purchasing art from me means that you have read and agree with everything stated in the Terms of Service.
